GARRETT KLEIN
Illustrative Concept Artist

I was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska. For much of my high school experience, I explored various forms of traditional media, including acrylic, graphite, and oils. Most of that time, I focused on my understanding of the human figure and portraiture. In 2021, I received the Congressional Art Award for the state of AK for my oil portrait “The Patient Lady.” This achievement set a massive ball rolling for my art career, and I decided to continue to pursue my passion for the arts.
With my love for the arts and my massive passion for gaming, I eventually found myself pursuing a BFA in Illustration, focusing my work on developing rich storytelling through character and environment concept art. I enjoy working with others to find collaborative concepts and hone ideas, and appreciate receiving feedback to utilize my artistic vision better!
